Official Police Twitter presence

New Zealand Police now has an official presence on Twitter.

The @Police_NZ Twitter feed provides followers with news stories, Communications Centres alerts and the Commissioner’s blog.

Bay of Plenty district also has its own Twitter feed via @BOPPolice
